Really ladies, this is one of the better purchases I’ve made. This truly helped me regain my ability to have intercourse. The medical grade silicon is easy to clean, comes with fabric storage pouches and they have an awesome website that has a ton of resources on how to use them! They’re pretty self explanatory but it’s great if you’re new. They’re a bit pricey but I promise it is worth it. Just try once a day, for an hour. You will see results. I was able to successfully (pain free) have intercourse after about 2 1/2 weeks. It had been 3 years since it had been pain free for me. Please give these a try!
